3.Shot Feint
Description: You just need to watch your timing with this one, otherwise it's easy to just run the ball straight into the keepers arms. Get it right, and you'll fake to shoot, thereby planting the keeper on his backside and allowing you to stroll the ball into the unguarded net. In PES5, this trick is also useful when getting past other players - time it right, and you can skip past even the best defenders.
Playstation 2: Press สี่เหลี่ยม to shoot, then while the shoot gauge is displayed press กากบาท Use the directional buttons to decide which way you turn.
Xbox: Press to shoot, then while the shoot gauge is displayed press Use the directional buttons to decide which way you turn.
PC: Press A to shoot, then while the shoot gauge is displayed press X. Use the directional buttons to decide which way you turn.
4.Flip-Flap / Elastico
Description: tbh, given the number of threads started about this trick there shouldn't be anyone in the world who doesn't know how to do it. Only certain players can perform this trick. Ronaldinho being the fairly obvious one... (others include Zlatan Ibrahimovic, C. Ronaldo and Ronaldo)
Playstation 2: Press L1 or R2 three times.
Xbox: Press or BLACK three times.
PC: Press Q or C three times.
5.Overhead Flick
Description: This one is not easy, it takes a good player and some excellent timing to make this one happen. If you can catch it on the volley and smack it in the top corner to finish it off then you'll be running round the room with your shirt pulled over your head...
Playstation 2: Press the directional button in the opposite direction to which your player is facing when the ball is at knee or chest height.
Xbox: Press the directional button in the opposite direction to which your player is facing when the ball is at knee or chest height.
PC: Press the directional button in the opposite direction to which your player is facing when the ball is at knee or chest height.
6.Both Foot Fake
Description: A hard one to describe, so i recommend viewing the video. The player swaps the ball between his feet to confuse the opponent. Only selected players can perform this move, so don't try it with Sol Campbell!
Playstation 2: If running from left to right with a right footed player - Hold right, then fairly quickly move to the up direction then back to right, (make sure you go through the diagonal as well though, its not just "tap right, tap up, tap right tap up). Try and time it so you apply the controls just before the player touches the ball.

7.Rabona
Description: For me, this one requires a considerable amount of luck more than anything else. If done correctly, your player will take a shot with their feet crossed, their stronger foot wrapped behind their weaker one.
Playstation 2: Using a player with low weak foot frequency, you basically have to get them into a position that would be awkward for them to use their preferred foot.
Xbox: Using a player with low weak foot frequency, you basically have to get them into a position that would be awkward for them to use their preferred foot.
PC: Using a player with low weak foot frequency, you basically have to get them into a position that would be awkward for them to use their preferred foot.
8.Drop Shoulder
Description: Yet another way for the more skillful players to beat their man. Timing is key, let the defender get too close and you'll just barge into him. The player fakes to go one way then suddenly goes the other.
Playstation 2: As you are running toward an opponent and you are ALMOST about to get tackled/blocked by him, quickly press the diagonal to the left/right of him to move the ball away.
Xbox: As you are running toward an opponent and you are ALMOST about to get tackled/blocked by him, quickly press the diagonal to the left/right of him to move the ball away.
PC: As you are running toward an opponent and you are ALMOST about to get tackled/blocked by him, quickly press the diagonal to the left/right of him to move the ball away.
9.Feint to Go
Description: Not a particularly useful move this one, but hey, it looks quite cool. From a standing position with the ball at his feet, the player will put a leg out one way or the other to make it look as if he's about to go in that direction. You then turn and go the other way...
Playstation 2: When stationary with the ball at your feet, double tap left or right on the directional buttons.
Xbox: When stationary with the ball at your feet, double tap left or right on the directional buttons.
PC: When stationary with the ball at your feet, double tap left or right on the directional buttons.
10.Let ball run past you
Description: Does exactly what it says on the tin. Just another useful way to trick your way past the man marking your player.
Playstation 2: As the ball is coming towards you from a standard (i.e. not 'Through') pass, you quickly hold R1 and the direction the ball is moving. Your player will step out of the way of the ball, letting it run by, then run onto it himself.
Xbox: As the ball is coming towards you from a standard (i.e. not 'Through') pass, you quickly hold R1 and the direction the ball is moving. Your player will step out of the way of the ball, letting it run by, then run onto it himself.
PC: As the ball is coming towards you from a standard (i.e. not 'Through') pass, you quickly hold E and the direction the ball is moving. Your player will step out of the way of the ball, letting it run by, then run onto it himself.
[11]-Lift Ball
Description: With a little time and space you can use this trick to tee the ball up for yourself. Now you just have to get those volleys sorted!
Playstation 2: Press the right stick quickly down then up.
Xbox: Press the right stick quickly down then up.
PC: ???

[12]-Dummy the Ball
Description: A simple way to fool a defender. As the player receives the ball, he leaves it to run through his legs and on to a player waiting behind him. Done at the right time this will wrong foot the defence completely, watch for defenders rushing toward you and the ball and you can take them out of the game completely like this.
Playstation 2: Press R1 just before receiving the ball.
Xbox: Press R1 just before receiving the ball.
PC: Press E just before receiving the ball.
[13]-Marseille Roulette
Description: One for the more skillful players this, as the average ones have a nasty habit of tripping over their own feet. Watch your timing as it takes a little while to complete this move, and the last thing you want is to collide with the defender when you're half way through your little ballet dance.
Playstation 2: Rotate the right analogue stick 360degrees.
Xbox: Rotate the right analogue stick 360degrees.
PC: ???
[14]-Upper-body Feint
Description: This one is NOT easy. The player feints to move the ball with one leg, then swivels his upper body and flicks it to the other side with his other foot. All one quick movement. This one's hard to describe, so best to watch the video.
Playstation 2:If a right-footed player is running left to right, hold the left analogue stick to the right, then rapidly move it slightly down or up, then back again to the right and repeat a few times. For the D-pad it's a bit harder, hold right, and quickly move your thumb onto down, then back again (but keep right pressed the whole time). You have to time it right, and it doesn't always work.

PC: If a right-footed player is running left to right, hold the directional control to the right, then rapidly move it slightly down or up, then back again to the right and repeat a few times. tbh i'm not even sure it's possible to do this move on PC using the keyboard.
[15]-Drag-back
Description: This is a great little showboating manoeuvre, ideal for winding up the opposition when you're cruising. The player rolls the ball backwards under his foot, enticing the opposition to retaliate with a leg-breaking two-footed lunge!
laystation 2: Press and hold R2, then press back on the directional buttons.
Xbox: Press and hold BLACK, then press back on the directional buttons.
PC: Press and hold C, then press back on the directional buttons.

[16]-Crossing Feint
Description: Similar to the Shot Feint, the player will fake to cross thereby putting the defender on the wrong foot. This should give you half a yard to then whip the ball in.
Playstation 2: Press O to cross, then while the pass gauge is displayed press X
Xbox: Press to cross, then while the pass gauge is displayed press
PC: Press D to cross, then while the pass gauge is displayed press X.
[17]-Super Cancel
Description: Ah yes, the infamous 'Super Cancel'. Probably the move that causes more confusion than any other, though in actual fact the principle is relatively simple. You use Super Cancel to break players out of their 'set routine', so to speak, breaking them free from a run that the game has sent them on. So if a ball is going to run out of play and your player looks like he might try and get it due to a scripted routine the game has him performing (thereby touching the ball and awarding a throw to the opposition), you can use this technique to break him away from the run he's on. Essentially you are taking 'manual control' of the way the player moves again.
Some may ask, 'But why not just make it so you can use the directional controls to perform this function?', to which i would reply 'I dunno, ask Konami'. I've never really understood their thinking behind this one tbh.
There's a whole variety of different moves you can perform to try and trick defenders using Super Cancel. One of the most common is to use super cancel to move out the way of a pass, your player can then spin round the back of a defender, and this will confuse him as the COM controlled players try to track your player rather than the ball.
Its also useful to receive a pass early. For example, when your player runs to the side of the ball when attempting to receive a through pass, and you know it will be intercepted, use the supercancel and move into the ball.
Playstation 2: Hold R1 and R2 at the same time whilst using the direction controls to move the player.
Xbox: Hold R1 and BLACK at the same time whilst using the direction controls to move the player.
PC: Hold E and C at the same time whilst using the direction controls to move the player.
